Public Hearing 12 May

The Royal Commission into Trade Union Governance and Corruption (the Commission) will hold a public hearing at 10.00 am on Monday 12 May 2014 at Level 17 Governor Macquarie Tower, 1 Farrer Place in Sydney.
The hearing will deal with matters associated with the Workplace Reform Association, a 'relevant entity' for the purpose of Term of Reference (a) of the Letters Patent issued to the Royal Commission.
Cameras will not be permitted in the courtroom; however media organisations will have access to live internet streaming of the entire sitting through a splitter box facility. There is very limited seating capacity within the courtroom; however special arrangements have been made for a room for the media, near the main courtroom, where the sitting can be viewed via the live stream.
The Commission will arrange for an official photographer to be present and a library of photos will be available to the media following the completion of the sitting.
